Disneyland 2024 Countdown- Part 4

Anabelle fills out the attraction tables. We realize I missed the Alice ride and Mickey’s Runaway Railway, two things we talk about continuously. I remember adding the Alice one so I must have written over it, but how come neither source I went to listed the Mickey ride? [Later Edit- Rosa filled them out, then left them, unseen until we returned, in a pile of papers on the back of the couch. I completely blanked on doing it. At least we had some family review of what was there.]

Disneyland	Buzz Lightyear Astro Blasters	Like space ranger spin, but not quite, the guns aren't nailed down, and other reasons, I think- look how helpful I am
Disneyland	Casey Jr. Circus Train	Cute slow ride through storybook land, you do not get eaten by a whale
Disneyland	Characters- general	They wander around a lot of places, I'm sure we'll find some [Later edit- With great difficulty. Freakin’ California.]
Disneyland	Chip and Dale's treehouse	Kids playground, not as exciting as the name suggests
Disneyland	Davey Crocket's Explorer canoes	Paddling with idiot Guests in an overfull tiny boat
Disneyland	Disneyland Monorail	Way into the park. Goes directly to Tomorrowland, removes "Main Street sigh" maybe better to use it to leave
Disneyland	Disneyland Railroad	Circles the park, has cooler things to see than Florida…or it used to
Disneyland	Donald's Duck pond	Playground with water features- splash!
Disneyland	Dumbo the Flying Elephant	Spinning in an elephant, only one set up here though, may have a longer wait
Disneyland	Enchanted Tiki Room	The original, unchanged show! YAY!!
Disneyland	Encanto Projection	Encanto music and projections on the small world- lots of these. [Later edit- This did not happen.]
Disneyland	Fantasmic	Night show-Characters come by on boats, Music, fireworks, Mickey fights Maleficent Dragon- do these night shows conflict, or make you run? [Later edit- this also did not happen until a while after we left due to past Dragon head catching fire issues.]
Disneyland	Fantasy Faire	Princess show(?) with meet and greet… I have no idea how this works, like a low rent Enchanted Tales with Belle I guess [Later Edit- Whatever this was we saw no evidence of it during our stay.]
Disneyland	Finding Nemo submarine voyage	A weird mix of the Nemo EPCOT ride and the old 20000 Leagues, looks cool! [Later Edit- “No, it does not.” Rosa and Anabelle]
Disneyland	Frontierland shooting exposition	Shooting gallery -bang bang
Disneyland	Gadgets GO Coaster	I think this one is like the Barnstormer
Disneyland	Goofy's playhouse	Yet another playground, maybe these will all suck up unruly children?
Disneyland	Great Moments with Mr. Lincoln	The Hall of One President. Good for a nap. [Later edit- or not. Closed.]
Disneyland	Haunted Mansion	Original version with short walk through beginning and a real elevator stretching room. YAY! [Later edit- closed. Boo!]
Disneyland	Indiana Jones Adventure	The dinosaur ride, but less painful with cool Indiana Jones stuff! (Yes, Anabelle I know you hate Harrison Ford, you'll like it anyway)
Disneyland	it's a small world	Cooler outside, the boat goes outside, characters! Weeeee!
Disneyland	Jungle Cruise	Just as much fun but a shorter line, yay!
Disneyland	King Arthur Carrousel	Like the Cinderella one, but without her horse
Disneyland	Many adventures of Winnie the Pooh	Slightly different vehicles and maybe other differences? I am very helpful [Later edit- Also closed, boo.]
Disneyland	Magic Happens Parade	There's a parade, of course we'll see it. New one starts in February.
Disneyland	Mark Twain River boat	Big slow paddleboat to make Anabelle sick
Disneyland	Matterhorn	Old shaky small car coaster with lots of twists and a yeti
Disneyland	Main Street Vehicles	You can actually take rides on the trolleys and stuff here- Neat!
Disneyland	Mickey and the Magical Map	Musical Mickey show in Fantasyland… or something like that. [Later edit- I have no idea what this was, we saw no evidence of it.]
Disneyland	Mickey's house	Meet Mickey! In his house! Hence the name!
Disneyland	Millennium Falcon	FLY THE FALCON! YAAAY! Single rider line joys!
Disneyland	Minnie's house	Goof around in Minnie's, sometimes she's in the garden where her creepy song plays. Is she not in Mickey's anymore? Did they have a tiff?
Disneyland	Mr. Toad’s wild ride	Dark ride, crash a car, go to hell, fun for the whole family!
Disneyland	Musical Groups	Many wandering and stationary singers, players and bands
Disneyland	Night fireworks	Fireworks and projection show on castle. Don't know the name, Mickeys Mix Magic (maybe) or Wonderous Journeys, maybe there's more than one? [Later edit- There was one, on only Sunday. It was none of these.]
Disneyland	Peter Pan	Same whimsical fun, long lined ride, don't think it has cool line though [Later edit- It did not. It was also not the same, however.]
Disneyland	Pinocchio's daring journey	Fun, short dark ride that I can't remember at all. I am so helpful.
Disneyland	Pirates lair on Tom Sawyer island	Like other Tom Sawyer island but more piratey!
Disneyland	Pirates of the Caribbean	Longer, cooler, more pirates ARRRRRRRRR!!!!
Disneyland	Rise of Resistance	Insane Star Wars thing with too many animatronics for Anabelle
Disneyland	Roger Rabbit’s car toon spin	Roger Rabbit goofy dark ride, cute, lines can be long though
Disneyland	Sailing Ship Columbia	Bigger slower ship, but with cool museum in it.
Disneyland	Sleeping Beauty Castle	Walk through with dioramas, no real line, but here because I like lists
Disneyland	Snow White's scary adventures	The old Snow White dark ride spruced up a bit, still terrifying.
Disneyland	Storytelling at Royal Theater	Fairy tales live on stage, sounds like a mix of Enchanted tales with Belle and the Frozen story tellers, connected to fantasy faire maybe?  (#helpful)
Disneyland	Space Mountain	Dark roller coaster, slow but groin crushing, will be "Hyperspace Mountain" with Star Wars music when we go [Later edit- Not groin crushing here. YAY!]
Disneyland	Splash Mountain	Closed to turn into Tiana, will it open? No one knows! [Later edit- it will not.]
Disneyland	Star Wars Launch bay	Not listed but I think it has stuff and characters, and maybe a Visa spot? [Later edit- ONLY a Visa spot]

Disneyland	Storybook land canal boats	Cute slow ride through storybook land, you DO get eaten by a whale
